3video refund and returns policy lasts 3 Hrs. If 3 Hrs. have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We don’t accept exchange requests.  Please choose the video theme carefully before placing your order.

Customers can request a refund by contacting us via email or call, if you cancel your order within 3 hours from the order time then only 50% amount will be refunded, and 50% amount will be deducted as a process fee. and there is no refund or cancelation after 3 hrs.

Please Note: No amount will be refunded in case of the super express delivery option which is 3hrs delivery option.

Delivery Policy

We Deliver the video as per customer request as we have two options to deliver your video, standard and express delivery standard is free delivery which takes 1-3 business days to deliver the video, and Express delivery is paid delivery which takes up to 8 hours to deliver the video you can choose any one of the options at a time of filling the information from. If we are not able to deliver the video within the given time so the delivery charge will be refunded.
