Intellectual Property and Provisional Watermarking
- Provisional Deliverables: All review drafts, sample videos, and preliminary concepts delivered to the Client will carry the Company’s watermark to prevent unauthorized duplication and leaks.
- Final Delivery: The final, unwatermarked content will only be released three to four (3–4) days prior to the officially confirmed event date, subject to project clearance.
- Permitted Use: Watermarked assets are strictly for personal evaluation and preview. Any unauthorized public distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited and will subject the offender to legal remedies.
- Social Media & Liability: If preview assets are shared publicly by the Client, the Company watermark must remain fully intact. The Client assumes full liability for any intellectual property misuse, copyright infringement, or third-party leaks occurring while the content is in their possession.
