You have to prepaid the amount exactly the same as given on our site for a particular video, but It can vary up to your further customization, resolution, delivery, etc.
Preview is only available for those videos whose price is equal to or more than 1K, the time of preview video depends upon the delivery method you have selected.
Express orders will be delivered in 6 hours. Standard orders will be delivered within 1 business day. If our team could not deliver the Express orders by the time mentioned, we will refund the cost of Express Delivery.
All videos will be created exactly like the Preview. But in case of extra changes or adding further slides, we may charge up to 5 times the video price.
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time, if you cancel your order within 6 hours from the order time then only process fees will be deducted, after 6 hours only 50% amount will be refunded.
